ABSTRACT
To those who have never played Wordle it may present as random patterns of coloured boxes, but to Wordle players it stimulates thinking and builds a special camaraderie in the virtual world, especially when most people are still working and studying remotely. For the past two years of medical school, students have been learning virtually, as mere faces in boxes on a screen, experiencing medicine through a merry-go-round of tabs and windows on Zoom. The Health and Care Bill 2021, for example, will reorganise the architecture of the healthcare system, giving the health secretary more powers to make important decisions, with unclear consequences for patients.2 The covid-19 pandemic presents an opportunity to reimagine the healthcare system, to make it more efficient and sustainable for our population.
